We start by using a hand auger to try and clear the blockage inside the toilet. If that does not work we remove the toilet, and reverse auger from the bottom. Sometimes items dropped inside are too big to exit the bottom of the toilet.

Step 1

If the blockage will not clear, vacuum all water from the toilet, and remove the toilet. Take the removed toilet outside and conduct reverse auger.

Once the toilet is no longer blocked complete reinstallation of the toilet with a new wax seal.
